It's been very humid and I have a couple of shady areas where mold is forming on my grass (mostly TTTF, but probably dome KBG, etc). I wanted to test putting some corn meal on a few small areas to see if that would help.

I'm not sure where to buy a big bag in my area so I just bought some "Enriched Fine Yellow Corn Meal" from the grocery store.

1. Is it okay to put this stuff on my lawn? It is enriched with Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid. Wasn't sure if the folic acid would actually affect the PH of the soil.

2. How much do you need to apply for mold?

3. How long until I see some effect?
