new soil test for lawn

I have recently had another soil test done on my lawn. If anyone remembers my soil is anything but ideal. I didn't put a whole lot of effort into optimizing my soil over the last year but I have done some and it shows in the numbers:

Soil pH 5.3

Buffer pH 7.62

The next few results are only indicated by a bar chart with ratings of very low, low, medium, optimum, and very high:

Phosphorus: Low (Recommend 18lbs/acre)

Potassium: Low (Rec. 144lbs/acre)

Calcium Medium (Rec. 1948lbs/acre)

Magnesium Medium (Rec. 240lbs/acre)

Organic Matter: 1.5% ENR 74

Calculated Cation Exchange Capacity: 9.1 meq/100g

Calculated Cation Saturation:

%k: 2

%ca 53.5

%mg 11

%H 33.4

Hmeq3.0

K:Mg Ratio: .18 (medium)

HERE'S MY QUESTIONS!!!!

What would be the best organic amendments to bring my soil's fertility to optimal results.

What is ENR 74, which is on the organic matter results?

I am currently addressing the issue of pH and organic matter: I aerated, limed, seeded, top dressed with compost. I also spread about 30 lbs of rabbit food from a failed attempt at a pet wabbit. And i think this was the 2nd year i've top dressed with compost, the couple of years before that it was shredded leaves.....

Any information is suggested
