William that is getting too close for comfort. It just breaks my heart to look at the devastation. I drove through Battlefield, Mo. a few years ago when a bad tornado came through there. You could see the path of destruction through the town. i just wiped out everything in it's path.
I have been watching this on the news all day. I'm so saddened by all this.Did this happen to any of the regular people on this forum? Will say a prayer for all. Bonnie
KY3 is reporting a fatality in Gassville, along with numerous injuries. Lot's of destruction there and nearby Cotter & Rea Valley, near the river. Also a fatality in Stone Co. and damage to the Hospital in Mtn. View. Today, the Evening News was showing some of the hardest hit areas in Ark. Terrible destruction and loss of many lives. Very sad. Our prayers go out to the families of the victims. Keep safe! Rb
we were in rea valley, flippin, cotter and gassville today. gassville is a mess. very bad. traffic was very bad through town. almost all side roads were blocked. i feel very sad for these folks.
This is all so ingredably sad. One wonders How can one help. Just pray i guess. I do know people in AR and MO both have a great reputation for helping out when needed. deafblossom lives in Mt View. hope they made it without any damage.
