I'll be back at work at Ozark Nursery in a couple weeks. Guess you know what that means----perennials will be coming in! I'll keep you posted so you can come in and get them at half price before I get them potted up! Sandy

Sounds good! I need a load or two of top soil and mulch.

Will you be getting garden phlox in? It would be quite a drive for me from Springfield and DH might resist.

I'm sure there will be phlox. There always is. Don't know which yet, haven't seen the list. Ill let you know when I find out.

mosswitch, where is the nursery?

In the phone book it is The Ozark Nursery Joplin MO; I never can find it in the O's. It is on North Main Street (highway 43), Joplin MO in the Airport Drive community. There is a book store by the road and the nursery sits back a bit off the road.

Thanks, Helen. The bookstore is Always Buying Books (you should check it out also if you are a reader), it is in the front of the lot. On the west side of North Main, just north of Tradex. There is a big sign by the road. See you there! Sandy

I would be looking at phlox too. I have a few on my wish list. Do they carry things like fruit trees/bushes or mostly perennials? I'm wanting an apricot tree badly but hate to spend a lot on mail order since I know it likely won't do well here. It's hard to find them locally though. |
