maple tree roots

i am digging up my raised bed again this year and per usual lots of maple roots have gotten into it. Do I need to pick out all the hairy roots as I have been doing. they won't regrow like bermuda, will they?

I really dont think they will, i used dirt from a bed filled with these tiny feeder roots, in another bed, and they just rotted down.
Any other thoughts, everyone?

I'm almost certain if you leave some roots in there, they won't sprout.
I don't need to tell you that your maple tree will send more though. Beautiful trees but hard to garden under.
