Checking for survivors

I've been checking some things that I planted last year to see if they made it through the winter.

My Balaton Cherry has some leaf buds.

I got two new blueberries last year that I put into larger containers and left them on my patio over winter. One is starting to bud out, but not the other. I'm pretty sure it's alive though. The branches aren't brittle so I'm hopeful. I also planted two wild blueberries from a trader in Georgia and at least one of them is still alive.

I thought my Champagne currant might already be dead last fall, but it has some growth near the base. Nice surprise.

I'm worried about my Jupiter grape that I planted last spring. It still looks dead. My potted grapes that I kept in my garage are starting to bud out and I moved them outside today.

I still haven't pulled the straw off of my salvias. I know a late freeze can be hard on them. I lost a couple that way last year. I planted lots of Black and Blue last year. If it all comes back, I'll have some happy hummingbirds.
