Christian County Master Gardeners to Hold Plant Sale

The Master Gardeners of Christian County will host their fourth annual plant sale starting at 8 a.m. April 18 at the Richwood Valley campus of Ozarks Technical Community College between Nixa and Ozark on Missouri 14. The sale continues until everything is sold.

The sale includes perennials, annuals, trees, shrubs, bulbs, herbs, vegetable plants, flower seeds and ornamental grasses, a news release from University of Missouri Extension office said.

The Christian County Master Gardener cookbook “Garden of Eatin'” will also be for sale.

Proceeds from this sale go to help with public garden maintenance and public education.

"I don’t know who has more fun at these events, the eager public or the busy Master Gardeners,” said Barbara Self, a member of the Master Gardeners of Christian County.

For more information about the sale in Christian County, contact the MU Extension office in Ozark at 581-3558.
