| new to forum and gardening. live near Springfield,Mo. built two raised beds for vegies and put out some planters for flowers. not over enthusiastic about yard work, but do like to see and eat the fruits of my labor. |

| Welcome to the forum. I think the two raised beds will be good if you don't want to go too big. Sometimes we get overwhelmed and then just quit if we start too big.....or if we get older. I know. |

| Welcome, we need more gardeners on this forum to keep it active. It is good to start small and have fun with your garden. Have you gone to the Nathanael Greene Close Park in Springfield? If I lived close, I'd go often. |
