I was thinking Fig or PawPaw (sp). I have a mulberry that looks different than this.

Mulberries can have three different shapes of leaves and are notorious for saplings appearing everywhere before you notice them. Fig would have been planted and cared for and paw paw is not common. Most likely it is a mulberry sprout.
