Are These Four O'Clock Seedlings?

Helen please tell me these are.

From Gardening 2010

I started to weed them out and then thought they didn't look like anything I recognized so I am hoping...........

Yes those look like four o clocks to me.

Hallelujah! There is quite a little patch of them.

I believe they are as well. You can also move them where ever you want them just keep them watered a few days an they will be good to go.
Come fall when they set seed you will have seeds all over the ground. If you want them in other places besides where they are then. Just pick up some seed an drop on top of the soil where you do want them.
