Hello,

Can anyone identify this weed and how to control it? It is very invasive in the lawn and in beds.

Thanks

It will be gone soon; after it goes to seed it turns yellow. I have it everywhere. I pull it but there is too much of it.

I have a large patch in the front yard...I resorted to Gly-4 so it wouldn't throw seeds everywhere. I hate the darned stuff with a passion; almost as much as cheat.

Chickweed is an annual, new ones come up from seed every year, then die, so using a pre-emergent to keep new seeds from germinating should help. Timing is important though and varies depending on where you live.
