The up side...

Well we were getting some loud thunder.
Then a hard steady rain for 5 minutes.
The down side... the wind blew down limbs from my trees.
But I really don't care about the limbs so much since we received some much needed rain.
The temp is down to 87 now!!!!!

Yes, wasn't it wonderful to have rain?? Big wind. My power went out twice. No large limbs down and there was an inch of rain in the gauge. YEA! No watering this evening and also no mowing, for which I'm really grateful!

| We got some rain too, don't yet know how much or if anything is down. The winds didn't seem too bad. Very grateful for the rain and cooler temps. |

We got almost 3/10 yesterday evening. It was a nice steady light rain. I think the storm had fizzled by the time it got to us.

Thanks' Christie I did.
It is cloudy and overcast here now. So keeping my fingers cross we get a little more rain.
I really enjoyed not having to water last night as well.
It is already very humid out.
Went out to "check" on everything and could not hardly stand it an the was a 7 a.m.
I sure hope it is not this bad on the 4 th of July.
Just looked at the weather an see a few spots of rain here an there. So hope some of you get some of it. We all need it.

We just had a very small shower.
Sad part is I don't think it will really help anything since it is so hot.
But I see it is still overcast in the west so cross my fingers an toes ok my eyes too. lol We get some more rain today.
