| I just received a flowering maple plant and was told it is hardy here and have seen web sites that say it is not....Arrrrgh. I also need to know whether it is sun or shade? One website says full sun, one says shade! What is going on?! :) |

| There are dozens of plants that go by the common name of "Flowering Maple", but the most well known one is Abutilon x hybridum, a sub-tropical member of the Malvaceae Family, commonly grown as a Houseplant. Check the Missouri Botanical Garden link below and see if that is the one you have. Culture information is on the webpage. Rb |
