My bet is Virginia Creeper. I have it everywhere. It will get a glorious red/orange color this fall.

I used to spray it thinking it was poison. Va creeper will not cause a rash.

I think the vine is probably Virgina Creeper also. A beautiful non poisonous vine growing all over the woods in the ozarks. I let most of mine grow where they come up.

Poison Ivy grows in the same places as Virginia Creeper but always has 3 leaves.

Virginia Creeper is a native, non-poisonous vine, beautiful in the fall. Its only downside is that it is a prolific seeder when mature. I finally cut the one that climbed all the way to the top of the oak tree over my azalea bed out because I was so tired of weeding out the seedlings. I have more that drop seeds into lawn though that I did leave as the mower takes care of them. Enjoy it if it's in a spot where it won't be a pest. Dorothy

It is very vigorous! I have one that is taking over the front of my greenhouse. It looks super but I know I'm going to have to work on getting rid of it as it occasionly has a vine that comes up inside the greenhouse. I usually Roundup it immediately. Just a choice I'll have to make I guess! Sorry that I don't have a digital camera yet.
