Thanks for posting the edging plants. I really liked the catharanthus roseus and melampodium. They will look good in my garden next year. Can I plant the seeds in the ground or do I need to start them in doors with a grow light?

I will have to look up melampodium. If vinca is periwinkle I agree it is great for heat. I do buy it in six packs. I have also had it reseed, but just a bit. What it doesn't like is cold, rainy weather. It looked awful in garden centers this spring because of the constant rain. Its foliage is also nice I think - shiny green.
