Potatoes Galore

Starting to Harvest some of my Yukon Gold and Golden Russet potatoes with the extra moisture this spring and the drip system I put in this year I'm
getting 5lbs per hill enough for us and 3 grown kids with families to have all we need with plenty left over for winter storage. I also planted a few German Butterball they are wonderful a smaller potato but very creamy texture and a butter flavor. I mulched this year with all the newspapers I saved over the past year (just the black & white sections printed in soy ink from the local paper then covered that with either ground rotted leaves from a compost bin or grass clippings,I pull it back and hardly any digging required great when we need a few for supper.
