Question Long Stem Juniper Huge Berries

Hi,

I found what appears to be a species of Juniper near Ozark lake in Missouri right below Bagnell Dam. It is a tree with a trunk and about 12-15 feet tall. Stems or branches are long but prickles are short and thin. Each prickle stem is about 3 to 4 inches long. It seems almost like a willow tree given the legnth and appearance of the stems. When I say stems I mean the parts with the prickles. The stems grow long off the branches and hang beautifully. The berries are the size of grapes and grow in a grape bunch format on the stem or branch. The berries have designs in them like star shapes and cirles. What kind of juniper is this?
