Sweet Corn Pictures

I forgot to add these to my previous post.

Same corn but wanted to show how and where I clean the corn. This is in the west yard. I harvest the corn (with dh's help this year) into my spare garden cart (I have three) drive it over to the picnic table under the Maple tree and have a nice shady and breezy spot to work.

RE: Sweet Corn Pictures

Did you have much ear worm damage?

RE: Sweet Corn Pictures

That looks delicious.

RE: Sweet Corn Pictures

ogg: I had the least damage this year than ever before. I only had one ear that I gave to the chickens. The corn was near perfect. I never, ever spray or use oil on the silks....maybe I am just lucky.

The worst enemy here is squash bugs and the everlasting Japanese Beetles who love my pole beans.

RE: Sweet Corn Pictures

Those look perfect Glenda! Do you freeze it?
