Do you grow mint and if you do which one do you think smells the best? I like apple mint the best. I think some others have a hint of a harsh smell. I have mint under a rose of sharon that I mow around. When it gets out in the grass it smells so good when I mow. I have more in my vegetable weed patch. Yesterday I walked on it; very pleasant smell. It spreads but there are places you can put it that are safe and it can be eliminated if you really want to get rid of it unlike thistles and cinnamon vine.
