| Last fall I put a small white pumpkin in the compost pile.
It sprouted and I have several cute white pumpkins. The vine has died. How do I keep the pumpkins good until fall? |

| I am assuming the compost pile stays damp so I would remove them. Leave a handle on the top, if you break off the vine completely, the pumpkin will rot much faster. Place them in place that stays around mid 80's of a day and not below 60 at night. That means out of the direct sun. I wouldn't place them on direct concrete either. Good luck. |
