I think most people use the main seed exchange forum. The embedded ones in the regional forums are usually very slow. I'm sure no one here minds if you mention that you're looking for a particular kind of seed or plant but the moderator may move your post to the exchange page. You can fudge a little and start a post titled "Has anyone grown Longhorn Okra" and then mention that you're looking for seed so your post won't get moved.

Thanks, I have no idea what I am doing, I just thought I would try to find some of the Longhorn Okra seed. It is hard to find. My sister used to plant it years ago, but lost her seeds, and I thought I would like to grow some. I didn't think it would be this hard to find.
