Thanks for the concern, was nice to see I'm missed. This surgery was much worse than I had thought, perhaps not the surgery, but the recovery. It did release the sreicture on my small finger, its going to be able to be straightened, I think now. Surgery was on it, the ring, index finger, and the palm of my right hand. Swelling is worse, stitches supposed to come out Wed, if they can, then more therapy. Ever have your right hand incapicated, if you're right handed? not fun, still hoping to not lose a finger.
Meanwhile--Anyone still have garden? My Lima's waiting patiently for me, may have dried Beans! Tomatoes hanging heavy, hoping the warm weather ripens them now. Peppers blooming, but dont think they'll have time to make. Another friend tells me she had Frost Saturday morning in Iowa. Winter getting too close, and I still havent found hay for the winter.

ceresone, glad to hear from you and sorry this surgery was worse than the other one.

My garden is pretty much finished; still have sweet potatoes to dig and the bell peppers are still looking good. I spent the morning pulling weeds from the strawberries. Hopefully, they will give me a crop next year.

Hope the physical therapy helps with the fingers.

I hope your recovery takes a turn for the better. Take your vitamins and think positive!

Glad you can at least tap out a message. Sorry this time is worse. Am left handed and had my left hand unusable for awhile in grade school, managed to learn to write terribly, right handed for awhile.

Seems like you were told not to use your hand for awhile last time. So don't be tempted. Physical therapy is the absolute pits but you can do it.(smile)

I like dried lima beans the best anyway. I bet they'll be eaten.Am hoping for a late frost too.
