Finally, after 5 yrs. of working around weather, and time, we were able to turn on the water pump yesterday! I wanted to share photos with you, since I have enjoyed seeing the ponds you have made over the years.

The birds and other wild life have been watching in anticipation, and are easing up to it all ready.

This tree frog jumped up to thank me, so I took him for a stroll over to it. He disguised himself for a while then jumped on me again, on his way past me, to the garden where he first introduced himself. I think it's going to be a wonderful amusement~pond for everyone! I'm just hoping for a looong fall, to enjoy it. The plants will have to wait till spring. Then I'll be checking back to see which ones will do well with out much care.
