Native Wild Flower - Yellow - Bidens?

I took my ride finally. Here is a picture of the flowers in bloom below the pond. It is a pretty wet spot due to seepage from the pond. I did some research and think it is bidens aristosa.

What do you all think? Click on photos to enlarge them.

I think so, and the habitat is right. It grows in wet ditches here. Also called tickseed sunflower, because of the way the seeds cling to clothes and fur. Walk through the middle of a patch after the seeds mature and you'll spend an hour or two pulling them off.

It looks like coreopsis, but I can't really tell. I know I have bidens somewhere because I get beggars ticks on my socks but I don't remember seeing the showy flower. I think the cultivated bidens is pretty.

I will check the seed thing and see if it sticks.
