Oh, wow! Those flowers are gorgeous. I need to get up there before they are gone. I am so busy trying to move and thin the iris, I may not make it this year.

My asters are supposed to look like that but they don't. lol I'd like to get out there again before all the flowers are gone too. It's nice to visit at different times of the year to see what's blooming.

Yes it is; and I am ordering the expensive seeds. I couldn't smell it from a distance, but sticking my nose in it was wonderful. It seemed to be growing OK but not as robust as morning glories or many other vines. I think it would be good for a metal arch I just got.

I also got nothing when I tried it before; I think I only got a few seeds. It is $5 for 5 seeds. If it were easy to grow why would the seeds be so high? I thought it was me; sometimes I don't take enough care with seeds. I let them rot or get too dry. There seems to be confusion on the name, this vine in the park is called corkscrew by Parks. I have read that snail vine is not fragrant and it is just purple; corkscrew is fragrant and has cream and purple. I got totally confused just now trying to get it straight.
