What to do with outdoor herbs

I love my Arugula! I thought I had lost them due to the dry weather, then ants. But they (2) are alive and doing great. BUT it is to freeze tomarrow night, and I will be out of town! Should I repot them and bring them indoors for the winter...or cover them up? Cover them with what..clear juice bottles, or cloth?

Wanted to ask you from this area, rather than the Herb Forum.

Nashonii, I believe it's pretty hardy but won't survive in very low temps. If it were mine, I'd cover it with fabric and you might drive sticks in on all sides of the plant to keep the fabric off the plant since you won't be home to take the fabric off the next day.
If you really want to keep it, I'd dig it up and pot it, as I do with my rosemary each year. Good luck!
