RE: Frost on the Pumpkin

Oh Glenda,
It is so pretty to see but then I do realize all the work that is going to follow.
As well as a nearing to the end of the growing season for most things.
So take a good look at the beauty of it w/a cup of coffee an don't reflect on all the work to come until later... can you tell I have been procrastinating about cutting down my annuals and tomatoes etc??
I'm just not looking forward to what follows frost.

RE: Frost on the Pumpkin

The first thing I intend to do is drag all those killed vines off the garden so the squash bugs can't winter over under them! May get that done today.

I am still waiting for some flowers to dry so I can save seeds; we need some 70's and sunshine for that to happen.

I am kind of glad to see the season wind down.
