sure am vickie. we have 3 patio f1's. they have fruit set and are doing very good. fruit size is about 1 1/2- 2 inch across.

the temps here for monday morning are supposed to be around 40. don't remember the first frost date last yr.

William, I have 2 plants. One BGD from the seeds you sent. and i picked up a Celebrety Plant from ETX that was bigger. We use to grow Celebrety some years ago, the only hybrid we liked.

I don't see a tomatoe for Thanksgiving. How about for Christmas? A vine-ripened tomatoe,snow on ground,decorated tree,and smoked turkey and dressing.

now you are talking. if i'm not mistaken NBD is about 100 days DTM. maybe new years?

did you get close to nacogdoches? oldest town in texas. lived there 3 yrs.

I was in the Tyler area. Have been to Nagodoches many times. When we lived there we always drove down on the Kings Hwy, the oldest hwy in TX, to see the spring wildflowers. I think the hwy was state hwy 21.

vickie- do you have fruit set on your tomatoes?

i still have peppers in containers that are doing pretty good.

William, No fruit yet. Thats ok if they don't do anything i'll plant them outside in the spring and still have early tomatoes. This was an experiment anyway. But i keep hopeing.
