Winter Squash Harvest

| I thought I better get them out of the garden before the freeze and all the rain....couldn't go them any good.
I had to pick some too soon; they may end up as livestock feed or chicken feed.
This is an open invitation to any living near me; I will gladly share any of these with you. The L.I. Cheese Squashes will make 4 to 7 pies each! I will even tell you how to cook them! Seriously, I figure I have enough to make 40 to 50 pies....just a tad more than we need.
Just let me know.

| They make great Pumpkin bread too, and you can freeze the whole loaf. Great treat in January! |

That makes me hungry for pumpkin pancakes. How long do you store yours before you cook them? An do you store any of them for later use? Bonnie |

| Do you think you could sell them Glenda? Have you noticed Murfin's has a big sign by the door that says "We buy local produce". I've never had much of a surplus of anything to sell so I haven't tried it. |
