Same problem over here. Just about all of my spring bulbs are popping out of the ground to say "hello." Even one of my daisys are leafing out due this warm weather. Little do they know the weatherman is calling for 2 to 4 inches of snow. Squirrels are messing with them too! Oh well, just need to pray that they'll make it through the winter ok.

My rose bushes are starting to send out buds on the canes and branches.

There are big fat buds on the hellebores. Two months early.

Catkins are appearing on the pussy willow plants in my garden.

I'm not complaining, though. This is the best January I can remember in years. I spent last Sunday outside in the sunshine, rebuilding a small stone planter wall in the driveway. It was so warm, I sat right on the ground. Heaven.
