Better days ahead for philadelphia?

| The end of the year recap stated 406 homicides in philadelphia, the second highest year. 1997 had 418.
so sad these people didn't pick up a shovel and plant some flowers instead. would make the world a lot lovelier.

| This was a topic of discussion at our family Christmas table. Apparently it's a nationwide trend, murder rates are up everywhere. I wonder why. |
