I'm envious of your daffs. Mine are just poking up in the warmer spots... if we get a warm sunny day I think a few winter aconites will open as well as the snowdrops. Even here spring is coming!

Yes, It's coming, but why is it being such a tease. One very nice day, then more rain and WIND. That darn wind chill just takes all the pleasure out of a sunny day.
My tet a tets are blooming too, and a couple other daffs are open today. I've had crocus for a couple weeks now, and the winter aconite is already almost finished.
The Abeliophyllum "white forsythia" is blooming full too.
I noticed the maple is ready to bloom and one spirea has buds. All the perennials are showing and some moving along quite well. The primula are showing buds too.
It was a long uncomfortable winter for me. I like snow, it blankets the garden, literally, but this year we had practically none, so the plants took a beating with the temps jumping all over the place. I had a few heaving root balls to deal with, but it looks for the most part like everything made it.
I have baby tomato seedlings in the greenhouse. I am so ready for the warm weather.
