What township do you live in. Many townships offer leaf compost free to its residents. Or there may be a slight charge for a yearly access to pick up and dispose of garden waste - etc. I really like the leaf compost more that mushroom soil. Any case you will may need a truck to haul away.
If you want mushroom soil, you may have to purchase at one of the many nursery garden centers like SKH or Highland Gardens - Or at a mulch place like AH Reif, or Harrisburg Gardens .... All will have a fee to delivery, in addition to the cost of the product.

I live in Swatara township. I know they have mulch, but I don't think they have any kind of compost. Where do you get leaf compost if your township doesn't have it?

I too live in Swatara Township. The township has a site that you can dump leaves and brush, and pick up leaf compost. You will need a pick up truck. There is a annual fee/permit to use the site. The fee is new this year. Now is the time to go, before they run out. You can apply for the permit at the township office on Eisenhower Blvd. Or on site. Also they are now open longer hours.
BTW - the mulch is actually chipped bark, not exactly like the tankbark you would get delivered, it is fresh, tan in color. Good for garden paths, under swings, etc....
