Free mulch/compost York area??

| I reside in an area north of York, PA. Several years ago the county decided to discontinue the free mulch/compost program that they had. As a result, my free source of mulch evaporated with it. With the various flowers beds and ornamental grasses I have on the property, I can't afford to pay the cost of buying the mulch to cover the areas I need to do. Is anyone aware of a source of free mulch in the area? Thanks in advance! |

| It's on Oak Road. Going south on Queen St., go through Spry and make a left at Campbell's Music store. Continue on Oak Rd. The township buildings are on the right. You can pick it up any time. |
Need my pine trees chipped that were cut down

| Does anyone know how I can get 22 pine trees that were cut down chipped up or hauled away for free? Thanks in advance. |
