Finally! After three years of waiting...I noticed my Lenten Rose bloomed, today. What a thrill!

They are beautiful both of my hellebores have opened in the last couple of days I have a green one and a deep purple one they are worth the wait.Was it a young plant when you got it?

The plant was in a gallon pot, from Lowe's. In the past, I haven't had much luck with their plants, so I usually just look. But, I couldn't resist the Lenten rose. The plant is healthy and seems to like it's location. One thing I learned this weekend was...you can't take them inside and "force" a bloom! I tried, but with no success. Maybe I should have tried the "tulip method", but I was in a hurry.
