Due to the fact that my work is really close to the Susq. I had the pleasure of having Monday & Tuesday off. I don't know about your area, but its been amazing here. With this warm weather the crocus are now blooming, along with the daffodils. I have a few tulips that are getting close. It really inspired me to get to work, planted some cold crop veggies, dug out lots of new gardens. Today it hit 66 :o)

Oddly enough the forsythia isn't blooming yet; aren't they normally blooming by now?

Offhand question: I made a birdbath out of a concrete mix, but its not holding water very well. Does anyone know what I can use to seal it, that will be safe for the birds, and not too shiny? I'm going for the whole rustic look with it, itÂs a rough gray looking & I used a piece of pine stump as a pedestal.
