Anyone listen to him on Saturday mornings? I just love his sense of humor.Who else listens and who else has called in to the show?? Please share.

Yes, I listen to him, but I've never called the show. He also does a seasonal cooking shows on the local PBS station.

I spotted a column 10 to 12 inches in length of over 1000 larvae moving on the concrete walk beside my home. Each larva was 1/4 inch long with a cylinderical translucent body and a black spot on the forward portion. A brown strip ran lengthwise. The column was about 1/2 inch wide. They moved very slowly and kept within the column. Would you identify the adult insect? There were so many and I can't believe they all came from a single insect.

Fun to listern to, sometimes gives helpful information. I like his show when he is on vaction and has guest speakers.
