Thanks to everyone, and although I don't think I had a chance to get to know each of you during our brief get-together (part shyness, part dazzled by plants), it really was a pleasure meeting each and every one. The plant knowledge was abundant the garden beautiful, and I've come away with knew ideas on how to deal with squirrels and groundhogs. I'm eternally gratefull for all the plants that were available, I'm hoping I remember enough to put the shade lovers in the limited shade and the naughty (but well-loved) spreaders somewhere similarly appropriate. And I know to never mention bluebirds on the "birds" thread. LOL! I hope to have more plants this time next year to bring myself (I'm even going to try a few rose babies - we shall see!). Can you believe the weather stayed pleasant just long enough to wrap things up?

What a nice time we had! I feel bad for the people who missed it - and I missed their company as well. Thank you Gerry, for hosting again this year. The gardens looked great, and I especially liked the container plantings. I'm putting a huechera in a blue pot the first minute I get - 'simply' stunning!

It was so nice meeting you Jeanne and Susan, and it was great to see old friends again. Speaking of which... I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again at my place, including those who were unable to make the swap. I sure hope you can make it. I'll be emailing shortly!
