Abelias in Our Winter

I bought 2 Abelia 'Edward Goucher' and 6 Abelia 'Rose Creek' and planted them this Spring.

They are supposed to be semi-evergreen. In our Winters, will the Abelias keep any foliage or will they be Winter sticks? I'm in SW Chester County. Thanks.

I'm up here in Bucks and they are sticks but oh so glorious in the spring.

I'm also in Chester County. My abelias lose all their leaves late in the winter.

Oh well, stick plants. I have them in the side and back yards supporting a terrace that I had built to eliminate a hill. Its probably better that they are sticks. They are placed in one of my primary wind-tunnels.
