Anyone from the State College area?

I am coming there for a conference in late June. Are there any daylily sellers or nice greenhouses with perennials I should check out?

I live outside State College in Bellefonte. A nice nursery to visit is Fox Hill Gardens. It is between Toftrees and Univ Park Airport. They have a website with directions and their hours. Just search "nurseries in State College" on the internet.

Hi there barefoot. There is a rather large greenhouse near State College in Centre Hall called Sammis, that might be worth a trip.

Almost forgot till I drove in there tonight for a load of mulch...Metzler Forest Products on route 655 in Reedsville is only about 25 miles out of State College and worth the trip.

I just returned from my trip and found 3 different places, and came home with a trunk and back-seat full of plants. Thanks for the info. Now I just have to figure out where to plant everything!
