At our previous house, we were given some rhubarb to plant which was wonderful. When we moved to our new house, we didn't have any so I picked some up at a local store (can't remember if it was Wal-Mart, Lowes, or whatever). Anyway, it's really not that great. It bolts to seed early and the stalks get very thin and pithy. I didn't think it mattered much, but perhaps it does. Can anyone recommend a good variety of rhubarb to grow. I want to dig up what's there and throw it away and plant something descent!
