What's Biting my Tomatoes?

Posted by blueheron z6 PA (My Page) on

I noticed that as my tomatoes start to ripen, something takes bites out of them so that I can't use them...grrr

I think It's birds, but I'm not sure. Last year was the first year this ever happened to my tomatoes...sigh...

I put netting around some plants but as the plants grow taller, they outgrow the netting...

Never had that happen to me, Usually birds don't bother tomatoes, The only suggestion I can give is watching and see what happens.
