Grapes: What to do?

We just bought a house North of Pittsburgh in April and happened upon this grape vine growing behind/underneath the deck this summer. At first we didn't even realize what it was. Now the thing is going through the slats of the deck floor. My question is:

This seems like a relatively young plant. It hasn't produced any grapes yet and the trunk is fairly thin. Would it be easier to transplant the entire thing, or should we try and break off vines and transplant that way? Either way, the plant is in a terrible spot. It is getting little to no sunlight and is in a rather moist area. If we should move it, when should we do it? Fall? Spring? To me, logic says wait until the Spring when the plant has a chance to fully develop it's roots into it's new home. If that is the case, is there any pruning that should be done prior to transplant?

I have read a lot of other posts, but most talk about taking vines from plants that are matured.

I have pictures, but there doesn't seem to be a way to attach them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
