No spray roses for Pa.?

Hi everyone,

I'm in Central Pa... I'm just wondering if anybody grows any roses that get little to no blackspot without spraying?
I have some Double Knockouts, Carefree Sunshines which do well here and a Mister Lincoln that I had for 3 years that has also done well.
But every other rose I've tried here has fallen ill to blackspot and has lost most of their leaves so I shovel pruned them after awhile... :-/

I'm going to try Earth Song next year and not sure what other roses...
( We have no room for climbers or real large rose bushes.) (We plant roses that are 4x4 or a bit smaller and roses that bloom all season.) (3" blooms or larger)

Some roses that have failed here without spraying:

Outta the Blue
Precious Platinum
Livin Easy
Easy Does It
Thomas Affleck
Sweet Afton
Liebeszauber
Courageous
Sunrise at Heirloom
