sunroom, conservatory or solarium

I'm in SW Pa about 55 miles from Pittsburgh. Has anyone tried the small sunrooms from Thermo twin or another company? Even the Home depot poly lean-to units? If so what are your opinions and cost info? I want a small one like the approx 12 x 12 a house i've seen has. I would ask but it's been there for years and the current info wouldn't be the same now. I could get a quote from them but I don't want the other family members to know I want this until I have all the money put together to do it.

Before you plan any addition to your home or to you property, check the building codes for your city or town.

You may need a building permit and the local building codes could impact your decision. I added a Greenhouse to my yard and there were some tough requirements that I had to meet before I could start construction. Maybe tougher if you were attaching to a home.
