Looks like it should still do okay as long as it doesnt see any extreme cold (or heat) for a while. I would definitely try to build a cold frame for it, but as long as it doesnt get below 30F or above 75F for the rest of the winter, it should be good!
I hope it makes it for you! I changed the type of christmas lights I used for my palms protection and my pindo palm saw a low of 15F (actual low was 11F)! It was a fast and really robust grower so I hope I didnt lose it.

I really hope it makes it. I wrapped it back up without heat and I will build a coldframe soon.

It looks as if it has a chance. I am on my third different protection regime for my Pindo as it has outgrown the others.

I now tie it up, wrap it in burlap, and string Xmas lights around it. It has worked so far.

Doesn't look promising, but it might come back. I would cut it back, including the spear and cover it with a rose cone cover to buffer it from cold temps. Cutting it down will make it easier to protect. Just make sure to air it out on warm days to let it dry out. Condensation can occur on the inside of the cones.

Based on personal experience, I don't think there is much room for a recovery. The more cold hardy palms can take more cold punishment than the sub-tropical and tropical species, but it looks like most of the photosynthetic tissue is dead which really puts it behind the eight ball. The palm is now very susceptible to fungal attacks and rot. I think it might be a good idea to cut it back and keep the cut area dry for the rest of the winter.

Im keeping it dry for now. Once it gets warmer I will cut off whats dead and put it in a cold frame. I will keep everyone updated.
