| does anyone have any bad experiences with this company? i bought 2 birmingham sabals in 3g. pot december 15 & i tried calling back but got no answer so i left a message with my #, i never got a call back. then i called today & the # is no longer in service! i payed through money order so they already have my money which sucks! am gona send them an email & see what happens! has anyone ever mail-ordered from them? |

| if you are speaking of chilly palm company in nc/sc then I have had great experiences with them. |

| I did not get call back either, but kept calling from different numbers. When I bought a butia pindo palm, I think he forgot but when I finally got thru he did send me a bigger one than I paid for to compensate me. It did hatch some pest later, but I treated it successfully. Not sure if the plant had them dormant. |

| i got a hold of them! yea i guess he tried to get a hold of me too but couldnt cuz something with my phone, & thats not the first time i heard that from someone! he remembered my name to so we got everything handle! it was a lack of inventory & quality of his last few, so he said in a month i could expect them & his gona give me two big 3 gallons that should be in 7g. ill post some pics as soon as i get them! thanks GREG i tried a different # that i found on the website & it worked! |

| About 3 or 4 years back I bought a Needle and 6 S.minors from him-delivered. Beautiful plants and cheaper than I expected. Have no fear. |

| Yes he is a nice guy and knows his palms very well. I still had to track him down after he recieved payment becuase weeks kept passing and it was May and turned into June. He likes payment in advance, so customers feel a little vunerable when they do not hear back from him. Its like everything else, we have to work with what God gives us. |
