They look a bit like Canary Island Date Palms, or some sort of Phoenix species. The cold season probably isn't the best for trying to do something for them. At this stage just top up the pots with some good soil and wait for the warmer weather. By then you'll see which ones are more likely to survive. Risking root disturbance is better when the plants are in healthy growth.

They are Phoenix roebellini palms.First plant them in better pots and for goodness sake give them some dirt.Then water well.Good luck.They may come back.If they come back they are are heavy feeders of maganese & magnesium.Go very light when small.
