As an update to the soap opera about my favorite trachy, it appears to have bit the dust. When I lifted the cover the palm was nearly leaning over. I knew right away it was mush inside. Sure enough, the palm basically pulled apart. I had never performed a trunk cut but give it a whirl cause I had nothing to lose. For those that trunk cut...how do you know if the tissue is still healthy?

if it doesn't recover, at least this guy will get more light.
