Are you going to dig up all of your non-hardy stuff or leave it and let it fend for itself?

I'm going to let just about everything fend for itself. I'll take my hardy crinum, hardy agapanthus and maybe my "Summer Snow" gardenia, if it makes it. Other than that I have backups of everything else.

Nice pic! Sad that your beautiful landscape will have to be started from scratch again, but a clean slate can be fun too, especially when your tropical gardening up north where most of the tropical plants in the yard are replanted year after year anyways.
Cant wait to see what you do with your new home. You did a great job with this house and if thats the pic your using to sell your house, I think you'll have a lot of interested buyers!

I know its a lot of work but the excitement of starting a new project has to be getting to you already. Im sure your full of ideas of how to do it bigger and better. Look forward to seeing it!

I'm going to try to use that pic for the listing. I certainly don't want to post of pic of it with all of the protection schemes so visible.
